Terms

These terms cover Coware's free trial and subscriptions. "Coware", "we" and "us" mean the people who run coware.app. "You" means the organization that signs up and the people it invites.

1. The free trial

• The trial lasts 7 days and includes every Coware app for your organization's members. AI use during the trial has a limit; when it's reached, AI features pause until you subscribe.
• One free trial per person and per organization. We may end a trial early if these terms are broken.
• When the trial ends, the apps lock until you subscribe. If you don't, your organization's data is deleted 30 days after the trial ends.

2. What you may not do

During the trial and any subscription, you and your members agree not to:

1. Copy, reproduce, or imitate Coware's apps, their design, their workflows, or their output formats, in whole or in part.
2. Use Coware, or anything learned from it, to build, train, test, or improve a product or service that competes with Coware.
3. Try to get the apps to reveal their instructions, prompts, or configuration, or collect them in any way.
4. Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or automate access to Coware, except through features we provide for that.
5. Benchmark Coware for a competitor, or share access with anyone outside your organization.
6. Upload content you don't have the right to use, record people where that isn't lawful, or build a Persona of anyone who hasn't agreed to it.
7. Use Coware for anything illegal or harmful, or to get around its usage limits.

We may suspend an organization that breaks these rules. The apps record when a reply is withheld for repeating their instructions.

3. Subscriptions

• Plans, prices and included people are on the pricing page. Payments are handled by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew monthly (or yearly, if invoiced) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your organization's admin page; the apps stay available until the end of the paid period.
• Adding people on the Team plan changes the price straight away, prorated.
• Fair use of AI. AI use is included for normal use by your organization's members. To keep the service affordable for everyone, each organization has a monthly fair-use limit, set well above normal use. We'll tell your admins before you get close. If it's reached, AI features pause until the next month (everything else keeps working), and we'll work with you on a plan that fits.
• We'll give at least 30 days' notice of a price change.

4. Your data

• Your content belongs to your organization. We use it only to run Coware for you.
• Each organization's data is kept in its own databases. See the privacy page for how it's stored and who can see it.
• To answer and summarize, content is sent to Anthropic's commercial API, which doesn't use it to train models.

5. AI output

The apps use AI, which can be wrong. Check summaries, minutes and answers before relying on them. Persona simulations are practice tools, not the real person.

6. No warranty; limits

Coware is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version date at the top changes when we do, and we'll tell admins about material changes. Questions: hello@coware.app.
